The proprietor, Peter Halliday is a retired assistant commissioner of the Hong Kong Police Force, in which he served for over 35 years, the last 15 of which were at senior management level. His academic qualifications include a Ph.D. from the University of Hong Kong and a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Newcastle, Australia. His awards include the Bronze Bauhinia Star and the Queen's Police Medal for Distinguished Service. He served in the criminal investigation and intelligence fields for many years, but his career covered the whole spectrum of operations, support, training, administration and staff duties. He was the chief information officer from 1996 until retirement at the end of 2003. A full resume is available upon request.
